We were both blown away at how easy they made the process for us. We did a new build with a different builder 5 years ago and it was a total disaster, so we were scared to do it all over again. The process was stress free and exciting for us. We are happy with our new home and glad we made the investment. To top it off, just days after closing we experienced damaging winds that tore some of the shingles off of our roof. Jason was quick to arrange for a crew to come out and repair the damage within just a few short days.

I had a lot of questions and she answered them all for me in a timely manner. From the time I signed the contract to settlement was just a few days over 6 months. Rob did a great job talking with me about the build timeline, the milestones along the way and kept good communication.

I just closed on my new Ryan home at Two Rivers earlier today. Both my sales rep, Lanie Merrick, and my PM, Rob Cockey, were fantastic. I had been talking to Lanie for well over a year prior to my decision to buy a new home there. My friend moved there so I knew I liked the development and the Ryan home designs and open floor plans. I met with her a few times during my search for a house. Although it took me a while to make my decision Lanie was very professional, patient, and courteous with me the entire time.

Our house is under construction and we can't wait. The idea of being able to walk to everything is just so exciting. I will do my best to talk anyone I know out of buying a Ryan Home. I worked with Betty at Ryan Homes to acquire a Lot for our brand new home. From the moment I walked into the Landsdale model home property, I knew we were going to move forward with Ryan Homes because of Bettys hospitality.

The repairman stated the part was $15 and should have been installed. Only about 15 percent built but good feelings for the future. Friendly neighbours and some well behaved dogs.

Based on conversations with representatives from Ryan that should not happen. The workers should not be contacting the homeowners for anything. From what I have seen and experienced it appears that Ryan Homes really does not care about customers after the home buying process has been completed. Before closing, it’s all smiles and “great” customer service.

Man, this is a paid service, I earned every right to say something about how things are going. I have called the warranty dept 14 times since early September, and not one person has returned my call. I don't know if they actually found the leak yet, I don't know if there is mold in my house, I don't know when this is going to end.

She always greeted me with a smile and responded to my every request with a positive attitude. Both are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My family keep warning me how stressful building a home could be but I found it to be a delightful experience thanks to all of the folks at Ryan. My production team, Jim Nese and Giuseppe have carried on with the positive experience.

This was an expensive purchase for us so watching Ryan homes build our house has been amazing. Building in any case is stressful but with our crew we could ask them any question and we were given answers. Anytime you can ask to see the progress of the house and they will give you a tour. There has been one time where we had a major concern and to our surprise by the second meeting they corrected the issue! I would say right now our house is 75% complete and the workmanship has been amazing.

There are FOUR MAJOR cracks on the wall above my fireplace as well. Ryan Homes provides only one maintenance repair free of charge. Now I am forced to request the repair and risks any future repairs being paid out of pocket. The only alternative is to have mold in my ceiling from the leaking pipe and that is not an option.

On top of that, my house is beautiful and I love it more every day!! I appreciate everything you did to make this experience so great. My wife and I are about 2/3rds complete with our home build. The thought of building a new home was extremely scary and stressful. She answered all of our questions and continually put our fears to rest.

Very nice floor model of the Carolina Place floor plan. Ryan staff was knowledgeable and not pushy. We were interested in a different area but liked this layout, so we made the drive. We began the building process with Cory from across the country. So far, the process has been simple and everyone involved has accommodated our difference in location until we permanently relocate.

Then we had our 11 month warranty inspection and the painters that came to finish the repairs left the walls blotchy and with patches all over. Its location on this page may change next time you visit. Unfortunately, as Maria said there are NO one story Models. Obviously, Ryan Homes is not pushing the one story homes.

The little bit that I do know of what's going on, has come from the plumbers and the remediation people. Ryan Homes has, not only not explained anything, they haven't even shown their face around my house. One of the supervisors said he would call me right back after a meeting he was going into, that was 19 days ago. My wife and I just went through the build process coordinating closely with Carlos and Jason .

So far not a bad word to say about anyone we have met on this journey with Ryan homes. We couldn't be happier with our purchase of our new Ryan Townhome in Park Place. From the very first time we visited the Model Townhome and met with Kathleen, to the Closing with NVR, every detail was carried out with the highest professionalism. Kitchen Remodel

Our family built a home here and moved in January of 2019. Our experience from the start until today has been excellent. Our sales person, Lora Blair, went above and beyond to satisfy us - and i know I can be a difficult customer. Our project manager Jim Nece has ensured our home be the perfect living space. Our Ryan Homes experience continues to be stellar. The neighborhood is young and fun and full of great people.

As a home inspector the homes built at Arden by Ryan GL and Lennar are in good condition compared to a lot of the new construction I've inspected. Most issues I find are normal issues found in any newly constructed home with a few exceptions. Overall I'd say that Arden is above average in quality and workmanship and I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Nestled against the Great Lakes region, Buffalo itself borders Lake Erie and stretches outward into some of New York’s greenest terrain.

He sent me updates each week, and addressed specific things I pointed out or asked about. Any issue I brought up he fixed and was flexible with my schedule and whenever I wanted to check out the house. He is very professional, good at what he does, courteous, and easy to work with as well. My experience was great and this is a great neighborhood.

Let me just say that I have fought for my mom''s post Covid/ CVA care tooth and nail and I had high hopes that I had picked a facility that would take care of her.
