Based on conversations with representatives from Ryan that should not happen. The workers should not be contacting the homeowners for anything. From what I have seen and experienced it appears that Ryan Homes really does not care about customers after the home buying process has been completed. Arden & Ryan homes has been the best thing ever! The best part of the process has been Rebecca S, the sales agent. She has gone above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered. There are FOUR MAJOR cracks on the wall above my fireplace as well. Ryan Homes provides only one maintenance repair free of charge. Now I am forced to request the repair and risks any future repairs being paid out of pocket. The only alternative is to have mold in my ceiling from the leaking pipe and that is not an option.
On top of that, my house is beautiful and I love it more every day!! I appreciate everything you did to make this experience so great. My wife and I are about 2/3rds complete with our home build. The thought of building a new home was extremely scary and stressful. She answered all of our questions and continually put our fears to rest.

Very nice floor model of the Carolina Place floor plan. Ryan staff was knowledgeable and not pushy. We were interested in a different area but liked this layout, so we made the drive. We began the building process with Cory from across the country. So far, the process has been simple and everyone involved has accommodated our difference in location until we permanently relocate.
Then we had our 11 month warranty inspection and the painters that came to finish the repairs left the walls blotchy and with patches all over. Its location on this page may change next time you visit. Unfortunately, as Maria said there are NO one story Models. Obviously, Ryan Homes is not pushing the one story homes.

The little bit that I do know of what's going on, has come from the plumbers and the remediation people. Ryan Homes has, not only not explained anything, they haven't even shown their face around my house. One of the supervisors said he would call me right back after a meeting he was going into, that was 19 days ago. My wife and I just went through the build process coordinating closely with Carlos and Jason .
So far not a bad word to say about anyone we have met on this journey with Ryan homes. We couldn't be happier with our purchase of our new Ryan Townhome in Park Place. From the very first time we visited the Model Townhome and met with Kathleen, to the Closing with NVR, every detail was carried out with the highest professionalism. We always look forward to coming home to this wonderful community and our elegant new Townhome. Cory was never to busy to answer my questions, He wants his clients to be happy! Keven has also been great to fix anything that has needed attention.
In addition, he and Corey held weekly calls with us to discuss progress and to lay out the next steps in construction. Kevin went into great detail during our final walk through discussing details of the house, routine maintenance, and warranty info. Steve Eichler was our finance officer, and was very helpful in discussing loan options and setting up our closing. The Ryan team sets the standard for delivering customer service, and addressed every concern or question that we had along the way. Kathy our Sales Representative, is welcoming and her informative nature made us feel at ease when making the huge decision to purchase a new home. Although we were downsizing, the space of our new home makes us feel like we're not leaving the attributes of our bigger house.
We were both blown away at how easy they made the process for us. We did a new build with a different builder 5 years ago and it was a total disaster, so we were scared to do it all over again. The process was stress free and exciting for us. We are happy with our new home and glad we made the investment. To top it off, just days after closing we experienced damaging winds that tore some of the shingles off of our roof. Jason was quick to arrange for a crew to come out and repair the damage within just a few short days.
Our family built a home here and moved in January of 2019. Our experience from the start until today has been excellent. Our sales person, Lora Blair, went above and beyond to satisfy us - and i know I can be a difficult customer. Our project manager Jim Nece has ensured our home be the perfect living space. Our Ryan Homes experience continues to be stellar. The neighborhood is young and fun and full of great people.
He has made sure all my concerns are addressed and has been very professional throughout our interactions. I had a wonderful experience with my build at Greenleigh! She was not only kind and knowledgable, but she had so much patience for all of my questions.

As a home inspector the homes built at Arden by Ryan GL and Lennar are in good condition compared to a lot of the new construction I've inspected. Most issues I find are normal issues found in any newly constructed home with a few exceptions. Overall I'd say that Arden is above average in quality and workmanship and I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Nestled against the Great Lakes region, Buffalo itself borders Lake Erie and stretches outward into some of New York’s greenest terrain.
He sent me updates each week, and addressed specific things I pointed out or asked about. Any issue I brought up he fixed and was flexible with my schedule and whenever I wanted to check out the house. He is very professional, good at what he does, courteous, and easy to work with as well. My experience was great and this is a great neighborhood.
