I will do my best to talk anyone I know out of buying a Ryan Home. I worked with Betty at Ryan Homes to acquire a Lot for our brand new home. From the moment I walked into the Landsdale model home property, I knew we were going to move forward with Ryan Homes because of Bettys hospitality.
The repairman stated the part was $15 and should have been installed. Only about 15 percent built but good feelings for the future. Friendly neighbours and some well behaved dogs.
BBB Rating & Accreditation
The workers parked in front of our house and mailbox blocking our driveway and preventing mail from being delivered on multiple occasions. Based on conversations with representatives from Ryan that should not happen. The workers should not be contacting the homeowners for anything. From what I have seen and experienced it appears that Ryan Homes really does not care about customers after the home buying process has been completed. Before closing, it’s all smiles and “great” customer service.
Man, this is a paid service, I earned every right to say something about how things are going. I have called the warranty dept 14 times since early September, and not one person has returned my call. I don't know if they actually found the leak yet, I don't know if there is mold in my house, I don't know when this is going to end.

She always greeted me with a smile and responded to my every request with a positive attitude. Both are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My family keep warning me how stressful building a home could be but I found it to be a delightful experience thanks to all of the folks at Ryan. My production team, Jim Nese and Giuseppe have carried on with the positive experience.
This was an expensive purchase for us so watching Ryan homes build our house has been amazing. Building in any case is stressful but with our crew we could ask them any question and we were given answers. Anytime you can ask to see the progress of the house and they will give you a tour. There has been one time where we had a major concern and to our surprise by the second meeting they corrected the issue! I would say right now our house is 75% complete and the workmanship has been amazing.

Jeff was very responsive to subsequent questions that we asked once we got home. We look forward to moving into our new NVR home. Cory has been pleasant to deal with since day 1. He was very responsive and very good at helping ease our tensions building our home. The ONLY downside so far has been the city of Fishers permitting takes longer than expected.
It was a pleasure working with both Ashley and Jim throughout our build. They always went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our dream home. Ryan Homes where ?
We purchased a single family home in The Preserve at Deep Creek. We love the community and the neighbors are great . He took his time with us and answered all of our questions throughout the process. Josh has and continues to go above and beyond even after closing on our home.
Ryan Homes makes you feel like part of the family, and like we're buying our home from friends. Turnberry was the very first home site that we visited and we immediately fell in love with it. Cory was very professional and listened to all our needs and helped us figure out if we could do this.
Not only did he provide assistance with our house purchase but he gave us information regarding school registrations and daycare. My experience with Ryan homes has been a great one!! He is very professional, responsive and patient with us. I also want to thank Keith for being very professional and delivering the house without delays. Keith is someone I feel comfortable reaching out to. Thanks to Ryan homes for building our first home.
He takes time to check in with me periodically and drives by the construction site to keep up to date on the progress. Obviously Steve truly loves his job because he does it so well and always goes above and beyond what is expected. He kept us updated weekly on the progress of our home ; responded to our calls and texts answering our many questions. The building process was very smooth and fast. Everyone in the neighborhood is very friendly and welcoming.
